Please note our change in Cancellation Policy

(due to changes in policies at the facilities we use).

• Registration for our Fall 2012 crops will open November 2, 2011 and will continue until all spaces are full.

• Camp Crop accepts checks and money orders. We do not have credit or debit card capability. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration and the balance is due 5 weeks prior to the event. Each person must complete a registration form for the weekend attended. Please do not put multiple names or dates on a form.

• Make and mail your deposit and completed registration form to:

• If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit is non-refundable. No refunds can be offered for any cancellation received less than 30 days prior to the start of any event.If you are unable to attend the event, you have the option of transferring your reservation to someone else and no penalties will apply. You will need to forward us the information in order to update our records.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
